I don’t know but I saw my in game account is linked with my email then why it is showing this email randomly on security notice but when I restart the game I did not saw that previous security notice anymore so am I safe i mean my account?

As long as that is your e-mail, device, and country that you are currently residing, and you did not notice any other suspicious login, then you should be fine.
