There is no login option menu using a Discord account
I want to log in using Discord, but when I update, the login options menu using Discord is not there, can anyone help me?

Yeah, I am sure you are using earlier too because login from Discord is only available on APK version or PUBG Mobile.
But instead it redirects to Playstore
Delete that Play Store PUBG Mobile first.
Only Download Direct Play Store App Bro@Chall_000 then you connect
