LODs appearing inside render distance and not being updated
screenshot is one of the examples couldnt get the not being updated part but sometimes i break a tree and it still loads the LOD if i am 16 blocks away from it, might be related to help-meChunk LODS only save when leaving the game

It is intended behavior, you can change it in the settings
