My account was hacked and linked to Unknown Social Media and phone number
Dear PUBG Team, I recently download pubg mobile again and login through my linked Email & Facebook (I have linked my account to my email and Facebook since the day 1 I played the game). After I login, I found that someone linked my account to an unknown Facebook, Google and phone number, and keep login in my account. I have send request to the CS in game, and it was rejected. I can't remember exactly when I login the game last time (all I can remember was i log in to the game when Godzilla Vs Kong Event) and also I forgot the ranking. So I may get some questions or information wrong, but you can see that I have linked my account to my email

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
