Valorant Ban pls help
I recently started playing again and, after a few days, I was banned for allegedly using third-party software. the problem is that I have NEVER installed this kind of software on my computer! my doubt is that Riot Vanguard observed the presence of an antivirus (MalwareBytes) on my computer and identified it as cheating. I need help please, I spent time and money on this game and it was the only one I really played.
I also installed Logitech GHub because my mouse is a G502 Hero and installation was recommended in the mouse instructions, but I have never used macros.
it's not fair to ban someone without giving them warnings or explanations. if i wanted to cheat i surely don't do that in my main account!
I've already sent tickets and they say they've already checked and there's nothing they can do about it.

I have the same problem as you. I opened a ticket and sent everything to them, even the SystemLogs. Unfortunately, no one helped me. I also have a friend of mine who was banned. He is a streamer on Twitch. He didn't do anything. There is a flaw in their security and they don't want to acknowledge it.

Yes, we were robbed in a disgusting way. The company is looking for money, but if they do not lift the ban on my account, I will never play this game again.

Just for information there was a recent Vanguard update that patched and ban-waved TONS of cheats 🙂
ok cool, i'm happy about that, but i'm 100% sure about what have i done my only doubt now Is aboit my mouse, ghub and the mouse wheel, cause my wheel does not "click" some times and u can throw It.
i don't use that function cause to me Is useless but potentially i can do something like an autoclick

I got banned saying third party software detected. lol I never downloaded anything even related to valorant or riot, never seen any script, bot, cheat, hacks. Still banned and lost so many of skins 🙂 best part is they confirmed its a correct ban and wont tell what they detected xD

Do not buy anything in Valorant, there will be another scam after 5 months

Feel free to go check if it's a HWID ban
Create a new account and if you get banned or have a VAL 152 error you got HWID banned meaning the issue came from ur PC
if you do not get banned the issue came from someone else
