Ban help pls

I had been banned a good while ago and gave up after no one could asisst me but want to get back into the game but my issue was never addressed fully as i was told by a riot employee that i was hacked and played in Germany when i have never been to Germany in my life wondering if anyone can help me because i really enjoyed the game and spent a quite good amount of money on it
