riot support system issues.
i was hardware banned 4 months ago from valo, ( no reason to discuss the ban rn )and i waited for it the entire time, and supposedly the ban was supposed to be lifted on 24th of june 2024 as said by a riot employee as seen in the screenshot but when i tried to log in the ban was still there so i tried reaching it to riot again and to my surprise i was somehow banned on 23rd before i was even unbanned lol. is there anyone able to help ?
