Got a 6 month ban for "rank manipulation", appealed and in the ticket they gave an automated message saying that the case was reviewed and that I was "boosting in LOL" a game that I never played before so this is definetly a bot or just an automated copy paste message. They closed the ticket and said all future tickets relating to this issue will be closed as the case is solved. I'm really hoping to at least get at least a valid specific reason. Is there any way to get into contact with a real support person?
