Banned without a reason
my brother plays on the same PC as me, my account is fine, but my brother's was banned for no reason for using third party programs, he has never used cheats, and we have both used TRN, Medal, Razer Cortex (and others like axon), he is banned and I am not, this happened about 2 months ago and he tried to solve it, but after the ticket was ignored he stopped playing, now that he wants to come back I am trying to solve this problem for him
