Banned without reason
While I was playing ranked with my friends in Gold rank using my own account, I was suddenly disconnected mid-match and received an error message with VAL 152 and Section 7. I was completely confused because I am certain I have never used any cheats or suspicious scripts in the game.
After that, I started checking my computer to see if there were any programs or tools that might have caused the game system to misunderstand. I would like to ask for confirmation that none of these programs are the reason for my ban. Here is the list of tools I regularly use:
What I would like is confirmation that my ban was not caused by having or using the above programs, nor by the Trojans/malware that Windows Defender had already detected and removed. All of these are purely academic and research tools and are not used to interfere with or modify the game in any way.
