MNo, its not. It doesn't contain many mods, so you should be able to just create a new instance and add all the mods from the modpack to the new instance
MThere is no official modpack from Distant Horizons. If you just want DH and Shaders, you can create a new instance and add DH, Iris and a compatible shader
