Cannot access the project due to datatransfer

Hi, This happened again this month, I got blocked from accessing the project due to data transfer ( it happened again even though I didn't use the application). thanks to the support team they enabled it and I took a backup but I lost it by accident. I just need to take another backup is that possible? I'll keep an eye from the next month on this usage.
