4028 Fan Config, updating from VCore 3.1 to new Toolhead V1.0 with RatOS 2.1
I am reusing my old 4028 fan from a rig bought 2022, installing it into the new Toolhead V1.0, and upgrading my firmware to OS 2.1.
So far everything good, but I think my fan type does not work with the stock settings:
I have the Blue PWM pin connected to the EBB42 1.2 toolboard, and the power pins wired to the Octopus 1.1 board.
The problem I'm having is that the fan runs, but only when set to 100%, any other percentage and it stays off.
Normally not a huge issue, but the noise is making me lose my mind.

Solution
Instead of banging my head against the wall on this, I decided to wire PWM to the Octopus, and carry the weight of the extra wire
