Make the Join page more inviting

The existing Join page puts forward a lot of requirements that could be intimidating. We seem to tell people these things again anyway once they have joined, so putting the entire list of requirements out here upfront could be creating unnecessary potential barriers to joining. It's also very focused on our needs ("here's what happens", things we want from them) rather than what they get from joining.

I submitted the draft in the photo in a Github request -- removing the intimidating things on the page (filling out a form about how many hours you can volunteer and having calls could be daunting to all kinds of people -- such as those who are busy, don't speak English as a first language, are new to the topic and confident about discussing it for 30 minutes, or have a disability, as I do -- this made me reluctant to join when I saw the page as it exists), adding language about what's in it for them (like-minded community) and trying to make it welcoming ("We can't wait to meet you" etc.). I also suggested adding an email address where anyone with questions or trouble joining can get help.

Tasks:
Comment any thoughts on my draft (in the image for the project) or on how the "Join" page can be welcoming, with low barriers to entry, and "sell" our Discord to people but still be bringing people in for the right reasons, such as their desire to work with others on fighting dangerous AI
Write out any ideas for text for that page
