Game crashes after loading into world
MC Version: 1.21
Mods used: Indium, Sodium/Iris, DH (Fabric)
DH Version: 2.1
Error code that MC Launcher provided after crash:
The world loads and everything looks normal, then the screen freezes for a couple seconds then the game itself crashes. Anybody know a fix?

Solution
Either you have too old Iris, or the DH auto updater updated you to 2.1.3 and you need to go back
