Request for account recovery
Dear PUBG support team,
I am writing to you with a request for help in recovering my account in PUBG Mobile. Three years ago, I deleted my VKontakte page, to which my game account was linked. Now I cannot log into the game.
I submitted an account recovery request, but unfortunately, most of the questions are about the last six months or a year, which makes the process difficult. I understand that you have certain rules, but I hope that you will be able to help me in this situation.
My in-game nickname is: Grossser

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
