Rejection for my account recovery request
Hello! I received a rejection for my account recovery request (UID: 5505411451).
I believe there might have been a mistake or misunderstanding. I have additional information and proof confirming that I am the owner of the account, including:
• The device I played on (with serial number)
• Payment receipts / in-game screenshots
• Additional information related to the account
Please let me know if I can submit a new request or provide this information for further review. This account is very important to me, and I truly hope for your understanding.

If both of your requests on Google form and the in-game recovery tool are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying....

The only issue is the two-factor authentication, and I still have access to the email and social media accounts linked to this game account.
To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request if the recovery declined through community forum you can contact PUBG Mobile Customer Service Team by mail, service@pubgmobile.com
