#ban without reason
Guys i was playing a wow match and went to settings to turn on gyroscope and get this 10 year ban. Can you please stop banning players and ban hackers instead. And guy's please help me i would really appreciate that. I came here with alot of hope that you guys will definitely help me as i get banned without any reason or without hacking. I would really appreciate staff and owe them if they help me. Thank you.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using the account. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
