Issue with region change
I have moved to Canada from Singapore recently, and riot is absolutely refusing to move my account under the excuse that "I am using a VPN". I have tried to tell them multiple times that I don't even OWN one but they're stipulating and not helping me progress further, it feels like i am begging them to do their job :)

I hit immortal and have 1.6k sgd in skins, so them barely wanting to help instead of chatpgpting an apology statement really has me pissed off
what else could i do to prove my residence is what i keep asking them, but they respond saying "you need to physically be in your desired region"...

Keep on playing on the account, Give it like a couple of weeks. The system that determines where you live takes a bit for it to change your region.
So their system is most likely out of date
