VANGUARD KILL PC

Hi, does anyone know what happened with Vanguard? I updated LOL and Valorant and now it won't let me use some web pages. I can't access the Riot Games and Steam pages, among others. I've already reinstalled Windows from scratch from a USB and everything is fine, but I reinstalled Vanguard again and again.
