Not bannable dont worry
They can figure out you're using it, but it's unlikely they'll ban anyone for using it or the wooting equivalent.

it needs to be able to detect how far down each key is
so maybe some keyboards have compatability but others dont

no public statement on snaptap yet and the script on internet is more likely bannable thing dont use it. razer software has it done in official way
its better to not use it as if its legal today it may be illegal tomorrow
