Rattling sound when printer does small moves.
So my printes sounds like shit when it prints small stuff kinda fast. Using ratos and prusaslicer.
Have yet to find something loose. So if anyone know where to look and what to rethightn please let me know.

No one got anywhere to even look to get this issue solved? I have now dismantled the one motor mount on the back right side. Too see if there is anything there worth looking at,
sounds like it is skipping steps or something else mechanical. Maybe you set the acceleration too high?
I havent adjustet any of it. But only updated to the new prusaslicer and updated the ratos.
I guess it does not skip, as that would clearly show in the printing results. The sound is so loud it would point to the fixing of the head to the carrier. Is there a difference in x vs y-direction? Can you manually move/turn/twist any of the components when the printer is still?
I can move the head around on the axis but its all thight and smooth yes. Its starting when acceleration is at 8000 and above. Should i set all that to 0 in prusaslicer and let the ratos take care of it? in the ratos settings?
The table or what ever you have it sitting on seems to be moving. You need to get the printer rattling and start pushing on various frame parts, panels, etc. Something is loose and there is no way over video we are going to find it for you. Get it rattling nice and good and start prodding it
Thanks alot. dint think it would be found easily but to might get some tips on where to look. But ill keep on looking into stuff one by one part and hopefully ill find it before it breaks all the way.
Found the culprit. Was a corner bracket that wasn't connected correctly so the t nut dint lock into the frame. Locked in to the corner bracket making the Ali extrusion loose. Man this has been a mindboggle to figure out. But got it in the end.
