Why ban my???
Dear support. Why did I get banned? 10 years old.... Also, a friend was removed from the rank with a message that I allegedly used cheats. During the game, the account is banned for nothing. The only thing that could contribute was a 2-minute unsuccessful game from the emulator, after which the acc flew off for 30 minutes. I have never used cheats, and the phone would simply explode from such manipulation (Poco)... Help me figure out this problem and trust the rank of my teammate. This is really some kind of crap.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
