Is there a security issue bug?
Ive noticed that theres a lot of players getting banned for 10 years without reason. Emulator players are recieving the most bans just for using the software and it gets detected as cheats.
You can find a bunch of reports on this and all the people get is the usual automated message about contacting support but it never truly help as majority of the claims get rejected with yet another automated message of "you have been detected as cheating"...
I hope this gets sorted out as many players are losing their accounts unfairly. I think its the emulator software itself thats being detected and it results in an unfair ban.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
