i can FLICK but cant aim

so basically i can hit 17 hardbots normally after i warm up -- but i cant kill more than 12 medium bots idk why (i am plat) idk how to say it tbh can anyone say wat i need to improve i think my movement is avg andgoodfor myrank i just need to know wat i need to imporve in my aim as i can only flick but cant aim calmly
