Overloaded Error

The application seems to be down or under attack Cannot login in application dashboard API return following:

Payment Required: Failed to start crawl job. Insufficient credits

Is their a place to check when there is degradation in service?

Hi Amoggh. Where are you getting that second error message from?

status = self.app.check_crawl_status(job_id)

status = self.app.check_crawl_status(job_id)

Calling above method returned it

@Amoggh we are looking into it. How often were you calling the check crawl status?

I poll it every 30 seconds until I get completed status
