HDMI Out stopped working on Steam Deck LCD

I was testing out Bazzite on my Steam Deck before I installed it on my ROG Ally X to see if I liked it. I had it connected to my dock and an external monitor to play around with desktop mode when the monitor went black and has not come back since.

I have rebooted the deck many times. I've tested using a different dock, USB-C cable and monitor. It just stopped working entirely.
