Wine configuration stuck on "being updated"
Hello there! I have successfully installed Heroic and logged into my Epic account. Among Us was the first game I installed, however, when I pressed launch, the wine configuration took forever, so I decided to terminate this process.
Small tinkering, I figured out that the Wine itself isn't installed so I went ahead and installed it, rebooted, uninstalled Among Us, installed it again selecting Wine-GE-Proton-8-26 provided by Heroic. I was hoping that that is enough, but when I launch Among Us now after the reinstallation, the Wine configuration is still stuck on "being updated".
I hope to get some assistance with this, as I do not consider myself experienced enough to solve the issue, don't want to break anything. Screenshot of the stuck Wine window is attached.
Edit: Shall you require any log files and/or any other details (maybe my current wine configuration), I am able to provide anything.
