I want to speak with a moderator of the pubg mobile about my case please

My account was banned for violating reassons and that happened because a hacker joined into my account and he managed to ban me because we both had access into the account , i made a lot of claims in game and via email and i contacted with the customer support multiple times and i am providing allllll the information that they need , but they were still rejecting all of my request in less that 6 hrs. Also i contacted via reddit but nothing. I would love to speak with a moderator of pubg mobile because i want to analyze everything on my account to get it back . ( i mean on a room on the server that i will have you sharescreen and i am about to show you all of my account information proofs that i have all my social medias from the game that i created my account .
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.

If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.

If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit.
