What to wear with pea coat?
Hi there. I'm eyeing this pea coat in the picture and while I'm waiting for restocking. I got few questions in my mind
Question 1: this jacket has material composition 65% polyester, 33% viscose, 2% elastane and lining: 100% polyester. Is this a problem? It doesn't have wool but it's named a winter jacket after all
Question 2: What pants should I pair with these coats? I'm not fan of puffy pants because my bike's front gears like to tear and stain slack fabric.
Question 3: How bad is it to combine a hood with these coats? Imo hoods are godsend for reducing ear pain caused by the passing wind.
Me: I'm 30y average slim guy from Finland. I got browline glasses and smallish goatee beard.
Usage: My main outdoor activities are cycling to work and occasional walks around the town.
Current wardrobe: My current winter wear includes soon-to-be replaced winter jacket(black), long johns, hoodie(black/green), denim jeans(black/blue), military camo pants(navy blue), army style boots with wool lining(black) and black accessories like scarfs, leather gloves and beanies. Jeans are good up to(or down to) -10c but after that I have always worn camo pants all the way down to -35c.
Feel free to suggest more similar coats and guide me through this jungle.
My ideal coat would have high collar to protect my throat from freezing winds, suit like appearance, a hood (removable or stationary).
