Properly remove layered packages

Hi, a while back in installed portmaster and virtual machine manager which created new rpm layers. Now i would like to remove both of these but even after using "rpm-ostree uninstall portmaster" they still show's up like this when i run "rpm-ostree status"

rpm-ostree status State: busy Transaction: upgrade Initiator: client(id:cli dbus:1.144 unit:run-r65c0483e963549a69d9de10481722d7f.scope uid:1000) Deployments: ● ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bazzite-nvidia:stable Digest: sha256:d0b9a69f5ee8ed549b6ee19dca94127390c988fc3c2383679914f5190ef41a9a Version: 40.20240822.0 (2024-08-23T04:12:10Z) ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bazzite-nvidia:stable Digest: sha256:d0b9a69f5ee8ed549b6ee19dca94127390c988fc3c2383679914f5190ef41a9a Version: 40.20240822.0 (2024-08-23T04:12:10Z) LayeredPackages: virt-manager LocalPackages: 'portmaster-1.0.0~2-1.x86_64'

I have even tried "rpm-ostree reset" but still no luck. I'm pretty new to linux and bazzite so please let me know what i'm doing wrong here.
