multiple Layer Repainting Issue
Summary:
The repainting tool is incorrectly affecting multiple layers other than selected when there are numerous layers present (e.g., 12 layers).
Description:
When using the repaint feature, it unintentionally repaints layers other than the one intended. This issue occurs when there are multiple layers in the project, leading to unexpected visual changes.
Reproduction Steps:
Open a project with at least 12 layers.
draw some on the other layer i used two of the hulls and toon
Select a layer then try to repaint the stuff from the other layers and it works when it is on other layers.
Environment:
using whatever the beta branch is that is currently on steam

had a large local image loaded and pinned
