Trees not generating on surface until the chunk is loaded directly

I have the generator mode on 'Features' and I've tried deleting the cache on the save.

I used Xeros in the past with no issues with DH 2.1.0 and I think 2.1.2

Everything stays once I loaded the chunks once so it still looks amazing
