Permanently Suspended
Hi, apparently i was hit with a permanent suspension for using prohibited third party tools, which I have not logged in approximately 2 years ago (when covid has relaxed). I booted up the game today and was given this suspension for no reason. I have already submitted a ticket under recover my account - ban/suspension on my account.
Does this mean I permaban? As in no longer able to use this account? Anyone got hit with this and is able to recover it back? Thanks.
