Permanently suspended
My girlfriend got permanently suspended.
We live in a same house and use the same network, but we both have different PC's.
My account is just fine, but hers is suspended on her computer.
Then I gave her my old account to try and load it up, which worked for a while and then kicked her out and permanently suspended that one as well due to a third party software? She never cheated in her life and she is even against using things such as tracker.gg app...
It is very wierd, and I am asking here for help since I feel sorry, she spent tons of money on your game just to be false banned?
She got the suspension last night, but support is really slow to answer and also we are unable to play your game because of it...
I am not sure if this is sudden wide spread problem or not, but I also stopped playing since Ive spent over 3k on the game and I really don't want to lose it just because vanguard is failing. Please help her.
If there is any mods here that would like to help, please text me privately since I am not comfortable sharing any details of hers publicly.
