Account recovery system is flawed

Today something terrible happened to me, or to my account to be more precise.
Account has been stolen/hacked. I was stressed about it but I knew I can just contact support via in game system. To my surprise, I could not recover my account becouse apparently "it has been recovered in past 3 months". Which I am 100% positive that I did not use support to recover my account..ever. I don't know how this happened, maybe the intruder used some exploit and "fake recovered" my account, so I can not do it myself. I am desperate and I beg someone from support to at least talk to me. I am able to provide anything and everything to confirm the ownership of the account.

Solution
Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
