VAL 1067 ERROR

Receiving this error: I recently reinstalled Win11 due to graphics crashing on Valorant. Valorant was working for a while but still crashing after about 30 minutes. A few days after the crashes and trying to reinstall my graphics drivers, launching valorant gave me error VAL 1067. I looked up fixes online and this is what I have done so far:
enabled TPM 2.0
Enabled secure boot
Reinstalled graphics drivers
Manually started vgc service before launch
Deleted C:/Program Data/Packages Cache/All folder
Updated windows
Ended all non-vital processes
Reset secure boot keys
Reinstalled Valorant

Any ideas?

Reinstall windows using a usb and do a hard reset

Yeah, that’s what I tried when it was crashing a ton. Reinstalled fix temporarily and then Valorant started crashing, after that I started getting this error after

Oh and I also updated my BIOS, because one time that fixed an issue I was having with Val for some reason.
