this started after the recent update i got idk why this is happening i tried everything i scroled youtube for hours for solution but i am unable to fix it

press win + r
write msconfig press ok
go to services
click hide all microsoft services
click disable all
turn vgc back on bcz it got disabled
press ok
restart ur pc
i did all of this
and it didnt work?
vgc is not disabled

i meant it gets disabled when you click disable all so you need to reenable it before you restart
