decky v3 not working correctly

Decky v3 seems to not work on bazzite deck stable
I was able to fix the bootlooping by wiping and reinstalling decky again.
But now decky does not load in game mode. It only loads when using steam big picture in desktop mode
I have tried both the pre release of decky and the stable and I am using the latest stable steam client

made a issue here. was able to also reproduce on my steam deck https://github.com/SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-loader/issues/702
