interactions on QAM also affect the game

It is super weird to explain but while on the game mode in my Ally X with bazzite, every time I open the steam QAM and try to change something i.e. TDP it also affects the game with regular controls, I start moving shooting etc while navigating QAM.
I’m using dualsense HHD and disabled steam input. Any suggestion to avoid this?
