Bazzite defaults to Built-in Audio after every reboot? (instead of HDMI audio)

I need to change the Output Device to HDMI audio ("Navi 21/23 HDMI/DP Audio Controller") for audio to work but after every reboot it changes back to "Default (Built-in Audio)".

Is there a way to make this change permanent?

other than that you need to change the default using wireplumber
