My email got hacked i got it back now i cant login to my riot acc so i'm creating a ticket
it says "Account creation date (Ex. AUG 20 2019) or recall a significant game event around the same time" The problem is on my email cuz i have acces to the email There is no riot games letter, cuz somehow every riot games letter got deleted when i didnt had acces to the email so... idrk when it was made.

You fill out the form to the best of your ability and provide as much information as you possibly can.
For your creation date, if youre unable to remember the creation date then reference a world event close to or around the date you remember making the account.
As far as Riot asking you to verify or provide some of the purchase methods you may have used on the account, the titles are very self explanatory. If you didnt use PayPal for example then you leave it blank, but since you stated you used a mastercard then there is a spot where you can provide the info they requested.

You should be able to check your creation date if you have access to your email that was used originally for the account
If you go to the original email you used and search “Riot”, look for the very first message that shows you originally signing up
