refund help
Hello, I bought Singularity Vandal and I am fully sane, but after using it for 2 games it became clear that I have a big problem, which is that my eyes cannot focus because of the circular mark when I shoot with the weapon, and this is a disease I have. I can only use the weapon at level 1 or base level to hide the circle , i opened a ticket but no one answerd until now so i need a quick answer here to see if its possible to refund cause really i can't play with this skin with upgraded , its amazing skin but idk why i cannot focus when i shot on it

man istg the skin is very cool and i bought it fast cause i love singularity bundle but my eyes i don't know when i shot i just focus for the circle and can't even focus into the game

man i was saving money day by day to get 1 battle pass and 1 vandal skin when i see the singularity trailer i didnt focus about the circle shot i just wanted to get it and finally play with some skins

i just use it for 1 unrated game and 1 comp game and both i was bottom frag
@MERCY there is a one time exception per account where you can refund any used skin
