Vcore 3.1 500mm Clogs constantly Revo Voron.

I switched a couple of months ago to a revo voron because I really did not like the rapido. I changed the volumetric max rate to 13 in orcaslicer. and it printed fine no clogs or whatever. But now it clogs or maybe its still cloged. I tried cleaning it I removed some gunk. dissambled the hotend. checked bowden tupe inside the eva . everything is clear. I checked the rotation distance.

I print fairly slow. i added my speed settings .
