Beyond Good Evil - won't start

Hi, I'm new and just switched from Windows to Linux. I'm using NobaraOS and installed Heroic. I linked my accounts without any problems. I downloaded and installed beyond good evil but when I try to launch it I get the following error message: EAX is not installed correctly. Please reinstall Creative EAX. In settings I have Automatically Apply Notes Fixes enabled. But it doesn't seem to work. How can I fix this? On Lutris the game works without any problems, but I would like to use Heroic, I like it better. I attach the LOG. Maybe someone who is an expert can understand more than me.

Nothing obvious in the log here really. Have you tried deleting your Wineprefix & selecting another Wine/Proton version?

No, I didn't delete my Wineprefix, but only by selecting another Wine/Proton version. Very strange because on Lutris the game works perfectly. I don't understand why here it gives me this Creative EAX error.

Damn, I found a bug! And now I wanted to use Heroic but if there is no easy solution, I use Lutris. What a pity....

you could run

flatpak run --command=bash com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl

flatpak run --command=bash com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl

and then

yes both in terminal the first command is to enter Heroic sandbox and the second is the command that Heroic would normally run

I copied the whole thing and pasted it into the terminal and ran it.
