Queue bug

When I queue up, I find a match (as usual), but once I return to the lobby, my game bugs out and says that I'm still in the same queue as before. For example, I finish my deathmatch, and once the deathmatch is over, I see that I was still in the queue, and I can't stop it unless I restart my game. I also can't find a new match (it says "match found," but no game starts).
