Account incorrectly flagged as Partner Billing

I have an account which I set up myself (for my company) with a work credit card. 100% definitely no partners involved.

Now when I go to edit the payment settings, it says :

"Managed Billing
Billing for this account is managed by your partner."

Any ideas??
