I am writing to appeal the ban on my account, PUBG Mobile ID 5273711557, issued on October 7, 2024, for allegedly using third-party tools. I understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment, and I want to clarify that I have only used my iPhone to play the game and authorized the use of the official Gameloop emulator for PC gameplay.
Both the iPhone and the Gameloop emulator are recognized and approved platforms for playing PUBG Mobile. I have never used any unauthorized third-party software or cheats. The Gameloop emulator was used only for the purpose of playing PUBG Mobile on my PC, in full accordance with the guidelines provided by PUBG Mobile.
I kindly request that you thoroughly review my account activity. I believe there has been a misunderstanding, and my use of the official platforms should not have resulted in any violation of the game’s terms of service.
Please reconsider the penalty and lift the ban on my account, as I have always aimed to follow the rules and support fair gameplay.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
