XUnlock the milestones in the HUB first.
SIt has both HUD items and some Awesome Shop buys (for personal elevator.) Nothing appears in build until you have at least one of those.
MI have another issue related to this mod, I cannot progress the milestone as the resources won't register on the panel
SCan second this, restarted the dedicated server and rebuilt the hub solved the issue however
