when i start valorant it says, Connection error.
these are the options they give me
-quit game
-log out
i have to open it a few time for it to for work.

so i tried to login to my riot account, but it turned out my 2FA was on, the code went to an email that i no longer have access to. i forgot my email address and password too. how do i get my riot account back and change the email, please help me a lot
